What the HELL is Win Fixer 2005?

What is Win Fixer 2005?! It keeps popping up and stealing my window on Internet Explorer, and I'm really aggrivated. I did a quick check of my computer and it didn't find anything.

Help me!

You got yourself a nasty little piece of spyware/adware there.
Find Spybot: Search and Destroy. Download. Run. Activate your virii scanner. Shutdown after finished. Start back up, and do a Spybot: S&D scan and a Virii scan. It should be gone. If it isn't, post back here

Winfixer is a software utility that is suppose to fix windows and downloads with out your permission. Nifty eh?

You can remove it by going to add/remove programs, I had the same preoblem with this before when I was at work where I can't use Firefox.

You can remove it by going to add/remove programs, I had the same preoblem with this before when I was at work where I can't use Firefox.

It'll only download without your permission if you have left your settings open to this. It tried to install on my computer, but it had to ask permission and so, thusly failed.

Looks like junk.
