what version of rom does a new dawn 1.75 use?

I downloaded rom a new dawn and was wondering does this install only new dawn or is rom included in the installation package and if so what version of rom does it use?
Also will the strategies posted for rom on this forum still be legit for the new dawn expansion

Everything is included in RoM-AND 1.75, ie you don't also need RoM. There are some modmods for 1.75 if you want.

AND has a modified copy of the latest ROM, ROM 2.92.
