What will happen with the Shoshone proposals?

OK, after careful consideration and a lot of argument from Pinappledan :D, I think my proposal is not well thought out since I am already proposing to lower some things.
I really think that bringing bison with a Buffalo pound is interesting but other things in the kit should be changed to bring more synergy, otherwise it is just a gimmick.
If I want to give pride of place to the Bison, I will make a mod on the Sioux civilization :cool:.
If other people have arguments to defend my proposal, say it on the forum, otherwise, @hokath , can you withdraw it (I don't know if it's feasible and legal?)

@gwennog asked for the withdrawal of his own proposal (8-37c) after it had already received dozens of votes. It still has a narrow plurality a day later.
This development seems relevant to people who voted early, and people are busy (gwennog himself might have forgotten to change his vote), so I am calling attention to it here.

I left my vote intentionally since I was referring to the fact that people who voted for this proposal could express themselves on the why. Since no one has done so, I will indeed withdraw my vote and re-request that the proposal be withdrawn.
 
comin in after a long time but why was the resource spawn for buffalo pounds removed anyway? cause iirc even at that time the civ was called weak, so removing something that provides yield wouldn't make it easier, no ? maybe I am missing something, it's been perhaps a year
 
the version of the buffalo pound that gave a bison resource did not have the yields per tile owned scaler.
The yields per tile is a more elegant bonus that solves more problems for Shoshone. The civ already have a unique improvement, so Buffalo spawns can potentially block placements (in addition to potentially removing potential archaeology ruin sites). The Shoshone kit also became much more focused on larger and more sustained border growth, but didn't have any method to capture economic benefit from tiles outside workable distance.
