After some deliberation, I've decided I'll probably play a normal, epic game. I haven't played Civ in some months due to moving continents, and now that I finally have a new computer and my old Civ4, I've decided to hold off till I get BtS. By then I will be very much up for a regular game of Civ again!

And with all the new stuff... :)

My money is on me panicking with excitement, and somehow breaking the disc

I'll play a quickstart game and look at the obvious changes. Then follows a look into the civilopedia for a closer look of the changes.
I don't like to play scenarios, so I'll play around with the new features and try to develop strategies around new features.

I'll be playing a normal game on Advanced Start so I can get to see the new stuff nice and quickly. Then MP as soon as after that.

1) Install it.
2) Play a game normall game speed standard map.
3) Read instructions after loosing.
4) Play a game normall game speed standard map.
5) Play "Crossroads of the world".
6) Play a game normall game speed standard map.
7) Play "Rhye's and fall of civilization".
8) Play a game normall game speed standard map.
9) Play WW2.
10) Play a game normall game speed standard map.
11) Play "Afterworld".
12) Play a game normall game speed standard map.

This could go on forever.
surely you'd want to eat and sleep somewhere in that chain of events?

Mod it, remove HRE, add Poland

Enjoy the manual stare at the CD for a bit, stare at the menu screen after that, and play the scenario that looks best to me - WWII: Road to War.

Play a normal game to see the changes, make sure HRE and byzantium are in so I can SQUISH them, maybe using the Roman empire to do it. ROFL

play an epic game with one of the new leaders/civ.

i was going to star a new warlords epic game yesterday, but then decided to wait few more days and get addicted all over again with bts :mischief:.

To the one who said, "Install it," I say: Open the box.

I will probably play an epic or marathon game with all the new civs or leaders... then again, maybe not, because I like surprises. Random events will also be checked on. :)

Once I've received the shipment, taken it home, opened the box, turned on the computer, and installed the two disks, I'll likely recompile the SDK for 34 max players (unless Rhye or somebody beats me to it) and play a couple of marathon sessions with it.
