I would choose the Internet not to dominate technologically, but to focus my resources elsewhere. Montezuma or Huayna Capac will be my leaders, on a map with several rivals. I'll settle in production-heavy locales, shift my slider to all commerce, pick warlike civics, and build a vast army.

I'll go with the United Nations. Get voted winner before i've tic'd off too many civ's either by listening or not listening. Also, could get that juicy +1 trade bonus and all foreign trade routes opens... possibly.
