What would you like to see added to Civ3C?

Add anything youd like to see added into the game, try to be realistic. I'd like to see the following:

Spy Planes that allow you to get an aerial view of enemy cities.

When a war is over give a casualty/kill and losses report from both/all sides who were involved in the war.

Make it so that the player can make war plans with an allie when at war? nothing fancy...just a simple war plan system.

riley, I would like some things to be added or fixed, but it is all over.

Civ3 Complete is out, and Conquests will probably not receive and further major patch.


edit: Some MODs might address some balancing issues and stuff. I suggest trying Rise and Rule, Rhye's of Civilization and player1fanatic's Civ3 patches.
