Numbers might vary a bit, depending on which civ I play. In some games, Religion might be 0, because sometimes I don't really care. If I get it, I get it, if not, have open boarder and send me missionary. Science, Infrastructure and Military training are always important to me, no matter which civ I play. Loyalty is 10, because I don't like backstabbing AI. Sometimes I even feel bad when I play domination and need to kill off my ally that's been friendly since the beginning of the game. (Siam, England, Mayans and Ethiopia not included, I never get tired of attacking those guys
