1. When you enter others' territory, they get Early Empire and close the border.
2. When you enter others' territory with open border, and the deal ends.
3. When a great people starts his turn is a city?
4. When you take a coastal city with a ship but destroy the city.
5. When you have 2 Aerodome and finish Rapid Deployment.
6. When you passively entering one's territroy without open border because the tile owner change.
7.When war declared both sides' units in opponent's territory get teleported
Any others?

For #3, I'm not sure how many movement points you need to have left, but I'm sure you can move into a city on a road and then teleport on the same turn.

Hasn't happened to me in Civ VI yet (only in V) but I think there's a case where you're stuck on a tile surrounded by civs with no open borders, and their border finally expands to that tile.

Edit: there are some local teleports when liberating a city as well. I think you're moved outside a 2 hex radius? Can't remember exactly.

OK, we can add a case that when you passively entering one's territroy without open border because the tile owner change.
And declare war on someone teleport both sides' units in opponent's territory.
