Where are you on Rhye's map?

I'm one tile west of New York and two tiles east of Lake Erie. The actual area where I live isn't really forresty but the surrounding towns are.

I'm living (more or less) on the red spot.
The yellow spots indicates other places in Europe where I've been living in the past.

(I'm posting from Tokyo right now)

I'm on the northern most tile of New Zealand. It's grassland in the game but should probably be hills, with cows on them, perhaps. Then again, New Zealand is so compacted in the game...

But the cows I mentioned were brought here by the settlers - that would be an interesting feature - the ability to seed resources to other places. Of course, you wouldn't be able to transfer gold and coal and whatnot, but living resources would be cool. You could perhaps set it up so that there had to be one square between resources, or something... Just a thought :D

I'm 1 tile W and another tile NW of the America start, south of Michigan.

I live one tile north of Washington on Rhye's map, but I go to school one tile to the northwest of it. I mean, I think I do, but the Mid-Atlantic U.S. is kind of scrunched together so it's hard to be sure. I'd say it's pretty accurate, considering that the tile 1N of D.C. would've been a forest back then but has all pretty much been converted into houses now.

I live in Cincinnati but its pretty weird considering the mountains on the map are actually east of here not west...

On the Jerusalem tile :P

I am in Taipei. Poor Taiwan island has only 2 tiles. Actually Taiwan is0 rich, had deer before 17th century (Dutch East India Company hired Chinese Mainlander hunted them nearly all, then planted sugar), rice and tea(there should be this luxury in CIV) after 18th century(more and more mainlander settled in).

The south tile of Taiwan shouldn't be peak. Actually, the north tile should be hill/jungle with sugar or rice(after 1600); south be grassland/forest(maybe hill) with deer. That will be more historically accurate and balanced. Or, when you settle or expand to Taiwan(build city or tile on south tile), you can choose among deer(preserve)/rice/sugar/banana in that tile.

In other words, can we choose what animal/plant to import to new worlds?

Have I really found another Taiwanese person on here?
Born in Taipei, moved to Boston. (Suburbs, but Massachusetts is only two tiles, and I'm in the eastern half)
You obviously know that Taiwan is full of mountains, but a mountain Civ4 is useless compared to a mountain in real life, so I think a hill would work. And some resource.

Essentially on the New York City tile, even though I'm in New Jersey. Rhye's says it's grassland here, but before settlement, it was definitely heavily forest. There are still some undisturbed woods around.

By the way, for Sette7, some of my ancestors are from a small town on Vättern (Gränna); is that area where you are?

2 tiles NW of Athens
