(Warlords.)

I see discussions that assume you can view this info, but I haven't found where. Help appreciated.

The military advisor screen. There is a yellow bar. I think you can mouseover it for more info.

Its the icon with Sword and shild in the icon row upper right corner of the screen (where Year, time etc are.) There is also a F_something button corresponding to it, but i am not sure of head which one... (F3 ?)

PS.: I just see you say Warlords... Not sure if it was there in Warlords already or just came with BTS. But as GG are a Warlods feature, i think it was there.

Thanks!

The bar isn't labeled, but, as you say, mousing over it works. Does 99/195 mean what I think - 99 XP earned with 96 more needed?

Does the number needed per GG escalate as with GPs?

Does anyone know where to find the formula for how many XPs are earned in a given combat?

It does escalate. I seem to remember the first 3 GG need 30, 60, 90 XP...

It means what you think.

It's the same amount of XP your unit gained in thet combat (with modifiers if you are imperialistic/Great Wall).
I dont know the exact Formula for combat XP. It depends on how 'hard' the combat was.

I.G. High odds combat will give you fewer XP. Winning at low odds gives you more.

For the most time when attacking you will get 2 XP, unless at really high odds, where you get the minimum of 1. Very risky low odds attacks will give you more XP sometimes - if your unit can win against those odds that is. I think defending allways gives you less XP than attacking. A Withdrawing unit allways gets 1 XP.
