[GS] Where do I find modded and normal Civ files?

    I want to make my Civ have the same ability as Scotland(but with culture), how do I find the required Files and copy them into Modbuddy?

    I think it is

    steam-downloaded mod files are in steam/steamapps/workshop

    other mod files are in documents/games/civilization VI/mods
