Where does this extra production come from?

Hello.

While spying on my Celt enemies, I noticed their capital city produced one extra shield per tile (see attachment). For instance, mined, RR'ed hills produce 5 spt. Can anybody give me a reasonable explanation? Could it be an effect of fascism (I've never tried this gov)?
Before anyone suggests it, they don't seem to be in a GA (notice that the forest by the river produces only one gold).

They are probably using mobilization. It means that when you are building units all tiles will produce one more shield.
You can find more about mobilization here

Thanks a lot. I never mobilize so I didn't think about it. You must be right.

It is not from Rails as you do not get one on a forest, so it either a GA or Mob. If they are producing a non military structure or unit, then it is not Mob.

It can't be GA, as I already noted, because the forest by the river would give 2 gpt, not one.

I only see one forest tile and it is yielding 3 shields?

Yes, that's the one I'm talking about.
If the city was in GA, the forest tile would yield 3 spt and 2, not 1, gpt (one for being by the river, and one additional for the GA).

Hum, I will shut up as it sure looks to me like it does yield 3 right now, but I am old so you cannot trust my eyes.

Vmxa, your eyes are probably fine; it's not the picture you misread, it's what I wrote...
