[Pir] Where is this lost city / Montalbans Hideout?

Hey guys
I have been looking for the aztec city for hours but i cant find it :/ Ive done all other quests so i have nothing else to do.

The red X marks the location where i found lots of landmarks but i coudnt find the entrance to the city.

My savegame:

Okay, I didn't hunt down the city, but I put ashore where there is a deserted cabin and a temple, with the ocean on the east side of the land, just like the map. I figured I'd let it up to you to find it.

You should look southeast of your red X on the opposite side of the Yucatan peninsula.

So sail north of Campeche, around the peninsula, then due south along the coast until you reach that corner between a pirate haven and the town of Lorient.

Do you understand?

I found the city (just west of lorient)
The area marked with the red X actually belonged to the lost city of the olmec.

I passed 3 Spanish treasure galleons while sailing around the Yucatan peninsula.
