ive built entertainment complex, but its additional buildings arena zoo and whatever arent appearing for some reason?

Ive found zoo in civics. But the arena which should be unlocked with the entertainment complex isnt showing?

As in you cannot build it whenever you choose production in that city?

If your entertainment district is pillaged by barbarians or enemy civilization you won't be able to build the arena. Zoo can't be built until the arena is built. And zoo also requires another civic further down the line.

Production menu not showing Arena. It should b as i have entertainment complex. Im playing with ted rosevault so it should b appearing as arena, not under different title.
