Personally, I really want to see Hanging Gardens...

Does the Mausolleum still exist? I dont see whats so great about that thing >.>

The Internet. :D

The Great Library! How can this even be a question? Howcome I'm the first to say this? What kind of people are you?
The destruction of the Great Library is one of the greatest tragedies in human history. How can any mere building compare to the countless volumes and scrolls containing information from all of the then known world?
Every time I think of the Library, I am saddened by the loss of so much knowledge, gone forever, never to be recovered.

Edit: REreading this, I realize it comes off as unpleasantly preachy. It's just a touchy subject for me. Sorry.

The lighthouse was destroyed in the 14th century by earthquake, i wished it lasted longer...

Hanging gardens, colossus, or lighthouse are ones I really want to see.

Erm the Statue of Zeus was located in Olympia, not the Parthenon ^^ ==> the Parthenon held a statue of Athena, much like this reconstruction in Nashville http://www.nashville.gov/parthenon/Athena.htm.

I believe the Mausoleum was still relatively extant in the Middle Ages, but was brought down by earthquakes and finished as a stone quarry for a nearby Knight Hospitalier castle.

My vote goes to the Temple of Artemis.
