We don't normally consider the position of running elections as being one of the elected positions that you can only hold one of. It's the same type of thing as the DP pool is, where it doesn't count towards the multiple office limit or term limits, if applicable.

Also, this is term 0 and the elections are for term 1. Different term means it doesn't conflict anyway.
