Who's Online users list hidden from guests

ok, another change to help improve forum speed:

The Who's Online users list on forum homepage is now hidden from guests (unregistered users). They can still see how many people are browsing each forum and the total online users number though.

Forum is much better now, TF - even from my 320 kbps connection at home.

Unfortunately tomorrow it may still get slow when we have above 1500 users.
