In the mouseover, it says that gold gives you +5 or +6 gold with mine. However, when I do make a mine there, I only get 3 or 4 gold in that tile. What's wrong?
Are you overlooking a moneybag icon? That represents 5 gold, and you can see it behind any extra coins. So a moneybag behind 3 coins in a tile would mean its output is 8 commerce.
