Why is the world hostile to Christians?

Oh so the Hindus have merged Jehova into there relgion(which technically means everyone worships the same God) so there the tenuous exception but Abrahamic faiths Judaism/christianity/Islam all have the same Angels and prophets and Messiahs although they disagree on whos what in some instances. YOu can say No they don't but go talk to a muslim and ask them who is there chief Angel and they will say Gabriel. Go ask a Jew the same, a christian the same? Are you really that ignorant I use it in it's literal meaning in that you are unaware that Alah/Yahewa/God are all the same being:confused:

The new testament the torah and the Qu'ran are all holy books to the Muslims: thus the quote we place none of the five books above our own scripture? Can we move on now did you grasp this yet?

I completely understand what you're saying. I've read the Torah in Hebrew. I've read different versions of the Bible. I've even read the Qu'ran. It's been a long time, but yes, I realize what you are saying. I simply look at it from a different point of view.

See, it comes down to the basic beliefs. I believe Man created the idea of God. I believe that the religions are based partially on history, and partially on beliefs and myths, both from their culture and stolen from others. So the God that you see in the Bible...to me, that's not the same God throughout.

But really, we're talking about a select few religions here that are merely some of the most well known. There are tons of different relgions out there that in no way resembled the God of the Abrahamic faiths, or straight up just have multiple Gods that blow the "all the same God" theory out of the water.

Heck, just go look at the lesser known creation myths. Those are most definitely not all the same God.

God knew and allowed it to happen. That's the key. He's an accomplice to the creation of sin. He was the one who gives sin the ability to even be on earth. Seeing how he's God and all, you'd think he could get rid of it too....and not wait thousands of years to do so.
Seeing how He's God and all, I trust in His timing to eradicate sin. He took care of mine some 2,000 years ago.

Who created Satan? If Satan controls the world, then God is apparently not all powerful.
God didn't create Satan, God created Lucifer. Once Lucifer fell, he was renamed Satan. If God is allowing Satan to rule the Earth at this time, God is still all-powerful. He is just giving man what he wants- in order to teach us a lesson. The lesson is, that free will exercised outside of God's will, leads to destruction. I think we can see the seeds of destruction upon the Earth these days, no?

So Jesus is just sitting back and enjoying the show. Goes back to my example I gave to classic. I'll requote it for you.
No, Jesus has been pretty busy these past 2,000 years. He has been building mansions, answering prayers, and training an army. And He's coming back soon.

By the way, Jesus isn't happy about the current state of the Earth. I'm sure He's not enjoying much of it.

Why does he need to train an army? That's crazy. Has something happened, such that He needs even more firepower than he's had in the past?

We are all sinking in a world of thought anyway, why view rellgious thought as important? Realise that your view about anything is entirely personal. Your view of what your leg is is entirely personal for example. You sense that you have legs, and then assume that the next person senses the fact that he also has legs in any similar way that you do. In reality every person has entirely personal ways of thinking, formed in his earliest childhood phase (0-5 years) and also influenced by dna abilities (hereditary). You may be of the view that it is extremely significant that you can think about a god and a satan, and feel something about such thoughts (the fact that you feel something is what makes them impress you, not the thoughts themselves, which are in relation to the feeling what houses are in relation to the soil: they are based upon it) but you are in reality doing nothing more than what you are doing at any other moment of your life: you are still moving inside your world of thought. So called religious emotions are nothing more than the effects of an Ego which has approached some position in the psyche where such an emotion would inevitably be felt by the specific Ego. If you were to approach the edge of a cliff you would feel dizzy; likewise if you were to approach a cliff's edge inside of you.

Yes. It's called the War in heaven. Jesus will allow His angels to help fight and win the victory when He returns to the Earth. He doesn't need their help. He's simply allowing things in the Heavenly realm to be resolved by the players themselves- angels and demons. Of course, this spills over into the earthly realm.

The passage I speak of is from Revelation 19:11-21. Here it is:

I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and makes war. His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself. He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. Coming out of his mouth is a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. "He will rule them with an iron scepter." He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written:
KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

And I saw an angel standing in the sun, who cried in a loud voice to all the birds flying in midair, "Come, gather together for the great supper of God, so that you may eat the flesh of kings, generals, and the mighty, of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, great and small."

Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to make war against the rider on the horse and his army. But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed the signs on his behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped his image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur. The rest were killed with the sword coming out of the mouth of the rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh.
