1. We have added a Gift Upgrades feature that allows you to gift an account upgrade to another member, just in time for the holiday season. You can see the gift option when going to the Account Upgrades screen, or on any user profile screen.

Wilcard problem?

    Playing as Australia, I got an extra wild card slot via a great person.
    Then I built the Forbidden city wonder expecting another wild card slot.
    Didn't get any.
    Is this a bug?

    - running with latest fall 17 update.

    You get an economic policy card from Adam Smith (after you activate him in a Commercial Hub( and a wild card slot from the Forbidden City
