Will Civi work on this laptop?

Hey guys, I'd be grateful if someone could tell me whether or not Civilization 5 will work on this laptop or not, I'm a complete n00b. If it doesn't, then could someone recommend me another one?

Should be fine as it does seem to have a dedicated Graphics Card.
