Will my pc run civ 4

Will civ 4 run on my pc? I have:
AMD Sempron 2800+ (1.8ghz) overclocked to 2.00ghz
512 MB of ram
60 gigs free hd space(7200rpm)
DVD/CD-RW Drive(16 times read DVD)
ATI RADEON 9600 with 256 MB
32 Bit Yamaha DSX native souund card

You're hardware stats are in the Recommended category, so it should work.

However, at this point what runs and doesn't run Civilization 4 is a bit of a lottery.

If your asking if your PC SHOULD run it...then yes. If your asking if it WILL run it...maybe not. If i where you i would hold off...i reallyc ant recommend this game to single person regardless of PC specs right now cause of the laundry list of issues everyone is reporting.

My computer uses on average around 800MB of RAM while playing Civ4 I don't know how anybody can play it with less than 1GB RAM.
