In the BTS v3.17 version it had 48 civs. Will the BTS v3.19 version have that too?
I see. I dug up the CvDefines and found an entry there for it but it is still 18.

Is that a newer version? I would also like to know if there are files I should not include when compiling this dll. I added all the modified files provided and the compiler screwed up and I know I'm doing this right because I did it several times and I got another plain dll with only the max civs thing changed to 50 and it worked.
OK so it is a replacement that requires the python.
