Now the game will do what it was doing before the .20 patch where the game launches the exe in the process list and does not come up with the title screen at all.

I have played the game once for about 3 hours and I'm not sure what more i can do. kinda sad i paid 50$ for a probably great game i'll never know and owned it for a week or so and would like to get some gaming in though for the three hours that i was able to play it it ran fantastic.

Are there any other problems (besides the crash?
Can you load the last savegame?
Does Civ itself still work at all?

And you graphics card is below the min. requirements, might be able that it is not able to handle the late game :/.
