WinCiv rsc file extraction

Hello, I was bored so I did some poking of rsc files and created a simple extractor of files from WinCiv .rsc files (source included).

How to extract files from rsc: Civ_I_Hacking.exe path_to_rsc_file

It should work, if not.... send me an email (or post reply)?
I dislike the graphics in the winciv, I believe that DOS version was better. Does anybody work on GIF(it probably uses LZW, but it's not a standard GIF) format (novat10 works on sav AFAIK)?

Deleted, because solution "copy of msvcr90d.dll to same directory" didn't work. I will try to get it to work.
