Windows 7 64-bit, Trouble loading Mods

Alrighty, so everything installed fine, I can play Vanilla BTS just fine, however, when I go to load a mod, it drops out of Aero for a few moments and then jumps back into Aero with no mod or Vanilla BTS running. This happens regardless of if the mod has a launcher or if I use the typical Advanced->Load a Mod method. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

is there an error message in the windows event manager when this happens?
is the game installed with admin rights?

Um, sorry, I was hoping that this thread would just sink into oblivion, I figured out what it was and fixed it. Suffice it to say that I am a serious bonehead and I forgot to install the 3.19 patch (told you I was a bonehead...)
