Windows 7 question

How do I record the audio from my speakers in windows 7? I know how to do this with windows vista, but just now 7. Thank you.

Not sure.... Windows 7 has "sound recorder" - click "start" and search for sound recorder. Same as Vista?

I was actully trying to figure out how to enable Stereo Mix but I just figured out how to do it 2 minutes ago. Thanks anyways
