Windows Grep equivalent for Windows 7?

Is there a free equivalent for Windows Grep for Windows 7? The program doesn't work on that OS. You know, something which allows you to right-click on a folder in Windows Explorer to start the program and search that folder and all its content and subfolders for some string; then see a list of the matches in each file.
