Windows ME????

Hello!
How can we run this on a Windows ME system? We have an HP Pavilion mx70 PC. We get a variety of error messages like:
Insert the correct CD
Missing the Rendering program
Incorrect DirectX program
What patches do we need to at least start the game. Pls respond ASAP. We're very frustrated!!

Uh.. isn't HP Pavilion mx70 just a monitor???
You need either win2000 or XP to run this game. Jusdging by your description your PC is way below minimum specs anyway, so you have 2 options here:
- Buy a new one
- Try to exchange your copy for a civ3 complete.
