i miss playing Civ 5. How is it that i was able 2 play a demo of Civ 5 on my Windows Vista but now that i have the game it doesnt run it and just gives me a pitch black screen. im sure i dont meet the requirements. But is there anything i can do?
i really miss playing Civ 5

I don't know about your graphics, but if you're graphics are fairly good then your processor and RAM should be good enough to play it at least on low settings, and on small maps.

I guess you could verify the game files, but I don't know if that would actually do any good. To do that, go to your Steam games library, right click on Civ5, click Properties, then click on local files, and then there will be a button that says, "Verify Integrity Of Game Cache".

Nope, sadly they aren't, they are below the minimum specs.
Some people can run the game with the OPs graphics card, but not all, and only if you're lucky and can get the latest drivers.
