i suggest you replace the green with red, in another unit, like upgraded.

Do you mean replace the red with green, cause there's no green in this. Even if you do mean replace the red with green:

If you want green, make your Civ color green

Re-rendering/upgrading this guy would take quite awhile, and isn't really necessary to just change the tunic color, as my quote explains.
