It looks really good in-game; I've already modded it into Anno Domini.
I agree with America... But the Inca don't have two UU, they have a UU (The Slinger) and a UI (Terrace Farms), so a second UU isn't out of order...
But, if you still prefer a UB instead of the Chasquis (which would be great for their relationship with Quipus, the Incan communication system), you could have a Yachaywasi, as a replacement for Public School or University, perhaps granting some faith and science bonuses. I still prefer the Chasquis though...

Holy christ those icons are FANTASTIC! Has Numitor actually given permission to use these icons (with full credit given)?
As for the moment none of these icons are in use or in a perspective to be used
I'll be using Alan H icon for the Agora
Numitor hasn't been around for a while; however, I did ask him about permission to use the icons and he was more than happy for them to be used. Like most artists (myself included) that's what we do the art for .

For Brazil I was thinking of Sambodrome but not as a replacement for the Musician's Guild, interesting point of view.

I was looking UB for Songhai witch was hard, and there are 3 choices: 1- use the Mint (civ IV) of Mali Empire as heritage 2- it could be somthing like the Koranic schools or university 3- something with the horses, change the Circus to horse racing and add productivity to mounted units and happiness even if there's no horses or ivory nearby to the city
About the Numitor icon, it says Ágora inside, Ágora it's an open square, that icon is from a Stoa also UB of the Greeks with comercial and social functions
For Songhai it can be either a UB or a UU
Main problem so far is that I've found very few explicit information on Songhai
Those Koranic schools are the Madrasahs which Askia brought from Arabia

I honestly feel the mod should take the opportunity to balance out the unique distribution. So instead of "either a ub or uu", you give civs with 2 uu's a ub and civs that have a ub and a uu a second uu. That way every civ has the same type and number of uniques (the ui civs could have one of each or I think it would be even better to count the ui's as "buildings" and give them a second uu).

I agree almost entirely with you. The problem is not every civ has lot of info so I can't exclude any possibility.
Regarding the UI, for those civs I'm going with an UB
But I'll update the table with the top priorities.
So for Korea I'll use the Seowon, but for Polynesia I won't be using the Koa Warrior, this if I find a UB
