Science Victory as Catherine de Medici.

I only built about 10 cities and had a pretty vicious Classical era war over Marseilles (which I founded by settler napping) against Greece. Most of my small amount of land was protected by mountains so I was safe if I could keep Marseilles.

Otherwise maintained a substantial and up to date military so did not get attacked by anyone else. A lot of tech and cash stealing with a maxed out spy force was key.
