Wonder builing strategy: Starvation

im quite ok with people not wanting to use this strategy, but before you demonize it as "cheating" let us consider some of the similar exploits that are almost universally accepted:

1) how many people capture a size 20 city and then starve it down to size 1 using 20 scientists to get 60 beakers the first turn and having a deficit of almost 40 food per turn? why is starvation for the sake of wonder building any different?
2) the original designers made a big deal of forbidding the rushing of wonders. there would be no dismantling of troops and no cutting down of trees. there would be no cash rushing, pop rushing or caravan rushing. in C3C we even lost MGL rushing. nevertheless now we have practically the whole community using palace prebuilds (including myself). if that isnt exploit enough we have this thing about stacking the deck to have no civs with alphabet in the game so that we can build great library on sid level (something i consider cheating). wonder related exploits abound in this community. the exploit subject of this post is no worse
3) . it's illegal (in this thread) to convert a worker into a few shields, but is it illegal to just plop down a few extra cows on the capital by using mapfinder or something? this one seems to be allowed. ive said it before and i will say it again: this is a game hack and should have been banned long ago.

in other words, exploits abound on this site. i use many many of them myself. this particular exploit is like all our others.
