Wondering why Wonders Kill my game plz help!!

When build a wonder, and not ALL wonders, stonehenge, the oracle, hanging gardens.. all these wonders worked just fine and after i built them, it showed the little movie of it being built and it was just fine. But when i did the pyramids or the parthanon (please forgive spelling of partheneon) The screen would pop up, but then where the movie goes it would just be blank, and my sound would freeze and repeat the same note over and over, like DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH and after a time my game crashes. Please help!!!

Civ 4 is rather a resource hog, and if the game is running badly then a wonder movie can be the last straw that crashes the game. If it happens a lot then you can always turn the wonder movies off by opening up the Civ4 .ini config file and changing "No ingame movies" to 1 instead of 0.

That problem was also plaging me! I KNEW there was just going to be some way to go *BOOP* no more problems! WHOOT!!
