wont install properly

hello
my problem is everytime i put the cd in the drive autorun comes up and it asks if i want to play (weird because the game isn't installed) uninstall (see previous brackets) or reinstall. I clicked reinstall and all it does is remove civ3.exe from c:\windows and that is all it ever does. Any help would be appreciated

I had the same problem and I installed the game to another computer and then copied/writed the files to empty CD and then I copied the files to Civ3 Folder and It ran fine.

At least it worked for me

If you cannot do that I can´t help
