Had 5 followers but didnt get exstra Culture.

Why the frick dose Half of the Belief dosent work?

Where did you check you're culture increase at? at the city level or at the empire level? I'm pretty sure the "Faith/Culture/Happiness for each X followers" beliefs work at the empire level and not the city level.

It only counts with other civilization followers, which means that YOUR civilization AND City-states does not count!

checked that too. Dosent seem too work

It doesn't seem to work for me either. There was another thread about this, but I can't find it - several people said it didn't do anything for them, but some people found it did, so who knows...

I got plenty of culture form world church the one time I used it were those followers in AI civ
