Hey! Don't contradict me, I'm pretty

Hmm... I think they both converted in the 4th century, which was first I think I would have to dig up some old books to find out, and no I'm not doing that

Though Christianity had entered Ethiopia (long?)before that, it high officials having converted and a Church established before the King converted the whole of the Nation to Christianity. The Ethiopian court (governing officials) were first introduced to Christianity around approximately the year 42. You may remember the story of the Ethiopian Eunuch as written in Acts, Chapter 8, verse 27: "Then the angel of the Lord said to Philip, Start out and go south to the road that leads down from Jerusalem to Gaza. So he set out and was on his way when he caught sight of an Ethiopian. This man was a eunuch, a high official of the Kandake (Candace) Queen of Ethiopia in charge of all her treasure." The Nation to this day has deep-rooted Ethiopian Orthodox customs and practices. The Judaic-Christian roots of Ethiopia can be found in both the Hebrew and Christian scriptures.
And you have to give them credit, since the rise of Islam they've been surrounded by a different and somewhat forceful religion and yet have retained their faith as it was over 2000 years ago. They gave shelter to Muhammad's first followers and thus earned the respect of the Islamic Empire and was speared much bloodshed for years.
Through blood and tears, and even the threat of annihilation from their christian brothers in Italy they've stayed true to their faith. Even the Ark of the Covenant rest with in their churches. They are the Faithful ones.
Glad to hear things are coming along good with the mod, can't wait to play it

Looks like I have a year(Long time) to work on the African list, so no hurry
