This is a thread where we subtract three points to one wonder, but add one point to another wonder. Note that each user can only hurt and heal once every 24 hours. (As a friendly reminder, please state a rationale for the addition and subtraction of points). You can vote for whatever reason (ability, buildability, placement, tech/civic, quote, appearance, etc).

As in other elimination threads, please only post replies that contain votes (wait until your next vote to comment on other votes)
You are allowed to vote the same way any number of times in a row (after the 24 hours has elapsed each time); but please give a reason on each post, even if it's something like "for the same reason as above"

Nothing like those extra CS envoys for wonders built in the capital thanks to the Apadana (could do with a better quote though!)
I'm sure some will disagree... but I think the extra growth that the H.G. gives is unhelpful/wasted, unless you have enough amenities early in the game.

I find this impossible to build above Prince without a very fortuitous start, such that it often seems better not to bother having a religion at all than risk screwing up my entire game with a dangerous early gamble such as this.

Terracotta Army = 20
Venetian Arsenal = 20+1=21 - Gives Scythian unique ability, only with ships instead of light cavarly units. I know that ships aren't much important, but Battleships and Missile Cruisers are somewhat OP, because they have long range and high damage, so they are perfect for attacking coastal cities. And having two of them instead of one can make my naval expansion faster.

Great Pyramids = 21
Great Zimbabwe = 21 (20 + 1) This can easily give you 8 or 10 gold per trade route (even more if you get lucky with resource placement). That's roughly doublethe value of the best trade route boosting policies and city states.

Great Library = 5

Alhambra = 20
Apadana = 22
Big Ben = 20+1=21(economy policy is the most powerful one, plus doubling the currency which can easily give you extra $50k+ with some planning, plus +3 useful great merchant point and some gpt. This essentially allows you to buy a science or domination vIctory. I also never see the AI leaders build BB so it is useful in all games. I also gave great zim a thought but great zim is quite map dependent and takes away the flexibility of trade routes, while BB can almost build in any rivered city.)

I'd agree that the extra government slot wonders are the best. Hence the one that gives you the most flexibility is king!
Huey is very situational. I don't often have much lake tiles.

Alhambra = 20
Apadana = 22
Big Ben =22 (+1) essentially two wonders in one. It would be worth it for the policy slot alone, and with some planning, it's worth it for the double gold also. Together, it's hand down the most OP wonder.
