Hermitage = 5 (8 - 3) Time to finish off the great artist point wonders. The Civ V equivalents gave great people immediately and had strong theming bonuses, and they were still only average. The Civ VI versions have none of that.
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 21
Oracle = 16

Petra = 14 (13 + 1) Makes worthless tiles average and average tiles the best in the game.

Hermitage = ELIMINATED (2-3) While I do agree with above post that this wonder does help with museum theming, that's about the only use that comes of it, and given how bad art museums are compared with archeological ones, and how hard it is to get any great artists when competing with AI on higher levels, it's still very much not worth its price.
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 21
Oracle = 16
Oxford University = 20
Petra = 14
Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 25
Terracotta Army = 13 (12+1) Going to just stand up for this wonder once before it becomes eliminated. I think the extra promotions are great, it has often given me a couple of units with level 4 promotions which are very powerful. And the archeaologist bonus is very nice also.
Venetian Arsenal= 23

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 25
Big Ben = 27
Bolshoi Theatre = 21 - 3 = 18 - Very difficult to time with it's requirements I find myself building it when no longer useful. How come it was above 20 when the Hermitage was eliminated?

Estadio do Maracana = 11
Forbidden City = 28
Great Pyramids = 25
Great Zimbabwe = 24
Hagia Sophia = 11+1=12 - It's religious wonder and what? It doesn't mean it's weak. Additional religious spread for Missionaries and Apostles can save you a lot of faith in religious games.

Oxford University = 21
Petra = 14
Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 22 (25-3) Honestly, I often build it because I don't count hammers. But I fear quite often it is not worth its cost. Especially if you get some Great People for completing the Mars projects. And then the name: it clearly depicts Zeche Zollverein. Why not call it that? It is a world heritage site and quite famous as well. Why pretending to build a whole valley with millions of inhabitants and mines?
Terracotta Army = 13

Really, why is the Eremitage gone and Bolshoi still at 18? I can't understand that.

Terracotta Army = 14
Venetian Arsenal= 23

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 25
Big Ben = 27
Bolshoi Theatre = 15 (18 - 3) I'd definitely rank this above hermitage, on the grounds that it actually does something when you build it, but it's still underwhelming in that it trades production for culture in a game where the former is almost always in higher demand..

Venetian Arsenal= 23

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 25
Big Ben = 27
Bolshoi Theatre = 15 (Probably still around due to the 2 free Civics it gives - although there may be a concentrated effort to get rid of it next)
Colosseum = 27
Colossus = 7
Cristo Redentor = 19
Eiffel Tower = 23
Estadio do Maracana = 9 = 8+1 I can understand the "too late" hate, but I really like the late game Amenities buff it gives if I am playing expansion games with large empires past the Atomic Era.

Great Zimbabwe = 24
Hagia Sophia = 13
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 22

Oxford University = 21
Petra = 9 = 12-3 With desert squares now being useful for District and Wonder placement, Petra has lost some of it's shine. I think I may have built it once, but maybe not.

No it doesn't - Petra gives you a fixed +1 production per desert tile which is a maximum of what - 24? More realistically about 8 or 9 though. Ruhr valley can easily push you well over 100 production because it stacks on everything including trade routes, all your factory/encampments boosts, and Petra bonus. I still don't see much value in Petra as it takes so long to build in a city that has mostly desert. I would only ever build this with an engineer and the window is long past by the time I get one.

Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 23 + 1 = 24 (Massive production boost to the point of being overpowered. I really like having a powerhouse production city)

Big Ben = 28 (27+10) - crazily good. With proper cash management this wonder can crush your competition just as well as give you a comeback.

Colossus = 7
Cristo Redentor = 19

Estadio do Maracana = 5 (8-3) - Way too late to matter. I'm actually surprised people need amenities from this wonder in late game. With good expansion, lux-for-lux trades with AI, snatching Lux Great Merchants because you build so many commercial districts anyway, Colosseum, entertainment district built because of Colosseum, and NEW DEAL the Estado rarely matters in my games. Either I have enough amenity surplus or the game is about to end anyway.

Big Ben = 28+1=29 (Double currency treasury+ extra economy slot + 6 gpt=tens of thousands of gold. In this game except districts and wonders almost everything can be bought with cash so this one is useful for all victory conditions. The 3 great merchant points per turn are nearly as useful as the extra wild card of the forbidden City as GM is probably the second most valuable great person anyway. If FC ranks so high it should be even higher.)

Big Ben = 30 (29+1) I think it's the best wonder when evaluating timing, versatility and flexibility in terms of placing.
Bolshoi Theatre = 15
Colosseum = 27
Colossus = 4 (7-3) In a game where trade routes are generally not too hard too come by (which is good), the bonus is rather underwhelming compared with the cost. The fact that it provides an Admiral point instead of an early Merchant point (which would have given it a niche value) is just salt in the wound.

Venetian Arsenal= 23+1=24 - I would love to save Estadio do Maracana, but it's end is inevitable and I don't want to waste my upvote, so I'll give it to this amazing wonder. Naval warfare of AI is much worse than it was in Civ V. But it doesn't mean there is no reason to build a navy. Conquering coastal cities with significant help of Frigates, Battleships and Missile Cruisers, wrecking armies of your enemies while your ships will stay untouched, defending against huge invasion of your annoying neighbor - there definitely is some usage for ships. And wonder that gives you two ships instead of one is perfect, because it will save you a lot of time and production needed to build a navy, and you can use this saved production for something else.
