Forbidden City = 27
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 24 = 23+1 There are some interesting top tier wonders that I like. GZ isn't getting enough love compared to some of the others.
Hagia Sophia = 20
Hermitage = 16
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 21
Mont St. Michel = 0 (3-3) I down-voted it earlier, might as well take it off the board!
Oracle = 16
Oxford University = 22

Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 25
Terracotta Army = 14
Venetian Arsenal= 22

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 24
Big Ben = 26
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Chichen Itza = 7 (10-3) On a useless leaf tech that you have absolutely no reason to get in the first place. plus chopping the jungle is better anyways! EDIT woops confused this with Huey Tectali, still not good enough to stop it from being saved ;P
Colosseum = 26 (25+1) just amazing: available early enough to make a significant impact, I'd build it for the culture alone but the amenities make it even better. One of the few wonders i'll always try to get.
Colossus = 15
Cristo Redentor = 21

Hagia Sophia = 20
Hermitage = 16
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 21
Oracle = 16
Oxford University = 22-3=19 (Even at diety, by the time of discovering Scientific Theory I rarely get behind in Science)
Petra = 19
Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 25
Terracotta Army = 14+1=15 (It's not most powerful, but just vote it to give it a mention as I think it's under-rated. It's cheap and the AIs never bother it, so one can build it till one last turn left and complete it in the heat of a major conquest... suddenly all of your injured units get a promotion, get healed and improved...can change the tide of a war)
Venetian Arsenal= 22

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 24
Big Ben = 26
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Chichen Itza = 8 (7 + 1) Petra of the rainforest. In a good city this will give you more production than the Ruhr Valley (considering that it starts earlier) and nearly double your culture output. You don't even have to improve the tiles.
Colosseum = 26
Colossus = 12 (15 -3) Essentially an expensive second harbor with no buildings.
Cristo Redentor = 21
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 10
Forbidden City = 27
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 24

Ruhr Valley = 25
Terracotta Army = 14+1=15
Venetian Arsenal= 22

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 25 (24 + 1) The effects from the envoys snowballs significantly if you are building a lot of wonders in the city
Big Ben = 26
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Chichen Itza = 8
Colosseum = 26
Colossus = 12
Cristo Redentor = 21
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 10
Forbidden City = 27
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 24
Hagia Sophia = 20

Oracle = 16
Oxford University = 19
Petra = 19
Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 25
Terracotta Army = 12 (15-3) Never had reason to build (I don't do much high-level warring)
Venetian Arsenal= 22

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 25
Big Ben = 26
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Chichen Itza = (8-3)=5 On the maps I play, there is usually not enough Jungle around me to make this wonder useful. AIs love to build it also.
Colosseum = 26
Colossus = 12
Cristo Redentor = 22
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = (10+1)=11 I know this wonder comes late in the game, but I tend to finish my games late and I'm able to build the stadium to provide amenities to my cities.
Forbidden City = 27

Voting a few hours early because i will be out all night.

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 25
Big Ben = 26
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Chichen Itza = 5
Colosseum = 26
Colossus = 12
Cristo Redentor = 22
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 11
Forbidden City = 27
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 24
Hagia Sophia = 20
Hermitage = 10 = 13-3 As the game exists right now, I'm sad to say, but Great Artists aren't the way to win by Culture. The overall concept is nice though.
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 21
Oracle = 16
Oxford University = 19
Petra = 19
Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 26 = 25+1 One of the top 5 wonder's in the game. Essential to getting a Space Race victory if you miss on the Great People, but since production is king, it's useful for any play style.
Terracotta Army = 12
Venetian Arsenal= 22

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 25
Big Ben = 26
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Chichen Itza = 5 - 3 = 2 Not going to last much longer anyway.
Colosseum = 26 + 1 = 27 Again, freeing up amenities for use elsewhere in your civ.
Colossus = 12
Cristo Redentor = 22
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 11
Forbidden City = 27
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 24

Oracle = 16
Oxford University = 19

Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 26
Terracotta Army = 12
Venetian Arsenal= 22

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 25
Big Ben = 27 (26+1) No, it does not come too late. Doubling your gold is extremely useful in industrial era, both for unit upgrades, tiles, buildings, and not least that final push for great persons for science victory.
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Chichen Itza = 2
Colosseum = 27
Colossus = 12
Cristo Redentor = 22
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 11
Forbidden City = 27
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 24
Hagia Sophia = 20
Hermitage = 7 (10-3) The worst of the ones left. Pretty useless, although it looks absolutely stunning (so I build it far too often).
Oracle = 16
Oxford University = 19
Petra = 19
Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 26
Terracotta Army = 12
Venetian Arsenal= 22

Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 24
Hagia Sophia = 20
Hermitage = 7
Oracle = 16
Oxford University = 19
Petra = 16 ( 19-3) Too weak in my opinion. one of the most overrated wonders in the game.
Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 27 (26+1) Awesome all round production. but make sue you protect your IZ with a spy once you get this up.
Terracotta Army = 12
Venetian Arsenal= 22

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 25
Big Ben = 27
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Chichen Itza = 2 - 3 = ELIMINATED Chopping rainforests to boost the construction of a wonder that requires rainforests? How ironic.
Colosseum = 27
Colossus = 12
Cristo Redentor = 22
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 11
Forbidden City = 27
Great Pyramids = 23 + 1 = 24 This is a very powerful wonder; China must get this wonder, especially since it would deny other civs an equal footing with China when it comes to builder charges (if excluding policy cards), while boosting China further, and China has an easier time building it as well
Great Zimbabwe = 24
Hagia Sophia = 20
Hermitage = 7
Oracle = 16
Oxford University = 19
Petra = 16
Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 27

Colosseum = 27
Colossus = 12
Cristo Redentor = 22
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 11
Forbidden City = 27
Great Pyramids = 24 + 1 = 25 an early wonder who's value increases with time and will save hundreds of production per city over the course of the game
Great Zimbabwe = 24
Hagia Sophia = 20 - 1 = 19 all wonders that benefit religion are trash except when playing Russia in which case you don't need this making it also trash
Hermitage = 7

Forbidden City = 27
Great Pyramids = 25
Great Zimbabwe = 24
Hagia Sophia = 17 Corrected from above was meant to -3 not 1
Hermitage = 7
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 21 Added back in, because it was left out when still on 21
Oracle = 16
Oxford University = 19

Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Colosseum = 27
Colossus = 12
Cristo Redentor = 22
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 11
Forbidden City = 27
Great Pyramids = 25
Great Zimbabwe = 24
Hagia Sophia = 14 - 17-3 - If I really want to spread my religion I'll just buy some more apostles.
Hermitage = 8 - 7+1 I'll try to keep it longer. While it does not theme itself it is a great help trying to theme museums. A great artist will give me three works that won't theme, the AI usually has nothing useful (unlike Civ5) And this gives me a place for things that don't fit until the right artist comes along.
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 21

Cristo Redentor = 22
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 11
Forbidden City = 27
Great Pyramids = 25
Great Zimbabwe = 24
Hagia Sophia = 11 (14-3) Just another religious wonder of narrow use. Not in this world please.
Hermitage = 8
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 21
Oracle = 16
Oxford University = 19
Petra = 16
Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 28 (27+1) The success of German productivity speaks for itself.
Terracotta Army = 12
Venetian Arsenal= 22

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 25
Big Ben = 27
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Colosseum = 27
Colossus = 12-3=9 - There is almost no reason to build this wonder.
Cristo Redentor = 22
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 11
Forbidden City = 27
Great Pyramids = 25
Great Zimbabwe = 24
Hagia Sophia = 11
Hermitage = 8
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 21
Oracle = 16
Oxford University = 19
Petra = 16
Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 28
Terracotta Army = 12
Venetian Arsenal = 22+1=23 - Scythian unique ability with light cavarly is OP. This wonder gives you the Scythian unique ability, but with ships. Naval warfare of AI sucks, that's right. But that doesn't mean there isn't any reason to build ships. Battleships and Missile Cruisers are super strong. They have a long range and high damage. They have only one problem, they cost a lot of production. And Venetian Arsenal saves you a lot of production and time.

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 25
Big Ben = 27
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Colosseum = 27
Colossus = 9
Cristo Redentor = 22
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 11
Forbidden City = 27 + 1 = 28 (Obligatory upvote - top 3 wonder IMO. I often go out of my way to build this and usually succeed even on higher difficulty)
Great Pyramids = 25
Great Zimbabwe = 24
Hagia Sophia = 11
Hermitage = 8
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 21
Oracle = 16
Oxford University = 19
Petra = 16 - 3 = 13 (Why? It takes forever to build and AI almost always goes for it immediately. If I want this I'll just conquer it and even then the city is still pretty marginal)
Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 28
Terracotta Army = 12
Venetian Arsenal = 23

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 25
Big Ben = 27
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Colosseum = 27
Colossus = 9
Cristo Redentor = 22
Eiffel Tower = 23 (22 + 1) Great for cultural victories, expanded population, Australia...
Estadio do Maracana = 11
Forbidden City = 28
Great Pyramids = 25
Great Zimbabwe = 24
Hagia Sophia = 11
Hermitage = 8
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 21
Oracle = 16
Oxford University = 19
Petra = 13
Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 25 (28-3) As a game mechanic, great. Conceptually - the 'Ruhr Valley' is a multi-city industrial complex. It's like adding 'Silicon Valley' as a world wonder that gives science or something. That fits in one city district tile. It gives me cognitive dissonance every time I build it.
Terracotta Army = 12
Venetian Arsenal = 23
