[R&F] WorldBuilder problem

Hi guys,
The issue is that I can't disable the WorldBuilder. I enabled it using this method:

and now, even if I switch the 1 for a 0, it doesn't disable. I've also tried changing the code using this method:

Both of those don't work. I haven't played Civ VI because of that for a while, but now that I wanted to play it, I'm looking to resolve this problem.

Try deleting AppOptions.txt and relaunching the game. The game should rebuild that file when it launches.

Well, it didn't work. I deleted the file, but it doesn't seem to rebuild it. I launched the game several times, but there was no new AppOptions.txt.

Try validating game files through Steam
