I made a map using the latest WorldBuilder. I speced start location for Random civ and for CS. Best I could tell the Civs poped up in the correct locations (or at least their capitals were close). But the city states weren't close to where I put them. Did I just mess up the CS or is that not working?
Seperate issue was a bit surprising. I made a map and somehow forgot to scatter any resources. This was a happy accedent as it made for a different challenge. Well it was fine until the World Congress posted one of those luxury resource questions. The drop down didn't list any reesources because there weren't any so I couldn't vote. More oddly instead of a resource it listed the name of my religion! Has anyone else seen this and is there a work around?
