Most extreme perhaps, but I think 41 would be just about the best weather...well, upper 30's at least.

30's is good. But having a tiny little air conditioner in the entire house that is in sunshine most time of the day.... not great at all. At least it only happened in August.

Depends if it's humid or dry. That hot and humid is miserable. Dry, I like it and consider it good running weather.

7am, up and at it, bitterly cold
no milk in fridge
raining, bitterly cold.
splashed by bus on way to uni
9am EXAM! lasting 4 hours
1pm, macine sold out of mars bars
Rest of day revise for wednesdays exam...

For me 28 is ideal, anything over or under is under ideal conditions. 40 degrees is damn too hot to be considered good.

I have a few more, but I can't tell you about those. But, I can tell you that my attempts at Civ4 unit skinning have failed.
Civ2 - New unit works.
Civ3 - New unit crashes.
Civ4 - Skinned unit doesn't even show up.

Basically, I said I liked weather over 100 degrees, so long as it's dry. 50 Fahrenheit is horrid.
