Why is it we are only able to build 1 of every district in a city this is our empire after all!?

Wow, england with 7 archaeological museums in one city! That would bring back the one city challenge and worse, it would allow a cultural victory faster.

If you get 5 entertainment zones in a city does it automatically get renamed Disneyland?

6 commercial districts along a river with al that adjacency and the right cards

Trade routes would make it overpowered indeed. Just build every Commercial Zone you can and go straight to winning.
