You know, how come in civ (all versions?) if you're a Democracy, it's almost impossible to start a war? Then the US must not be much of a Democracy. We almost always get to invade any country we want. And one day that will lead to a nuclear holocaust... World War III: Allies vs. Dubya's Axis of Evil: Iraq, Iran, and North Korea.
If we do invade Iran (stupid bush:rolleyes: ) we might get into some mideast disaster. Nukes will flying all over the place, at least if Iran loves :nuke: their:nuke: nukes.:nuke:
North Korea, at some point or another, will drop a bomb on some country. If it's a NATO country, Vancouver or Seattle, run. QUICKLY.
In the future, for example, the five great empires will be:
The Iran Islamic Empire
United States of Anarchist America
NATO Defensive Stay Away Iran! Empire
Empire of Korea, Japan, Siberia, Manchuria, and West America (EKJSMWA)
Bin Laden's Living Room/Kitchen:lol:
Tell me if I'm politically incorrect

I doubt WWIII will start under Bush. He's just going to build up all the anti-American hate and lead us into it with the next president.

Oh, Civ 3 definitely got things right here.

The first two versions had the senate preventing war almost all the time, certainly when it would come to "pre-emptive invasions". But it's a lot easier to wage war in Civ 3, just as long as you don't keep it going too many years.

Don't want to sound like I'm supporting him, but if you agree that Bush won't be President when you think WWIII will start, how could he play a big role?

You're basing your theories on the future of geopolitics with a computer game?

Go read some books, kid.

Dude, you should follow De Lorimer's golden rule: Never post while drunk.

...or on any mind altering substance, for that matter.

This thread is SO closed!

Someone posted a hiarious joke:

One of Bush's Bushism was him comparing the curent "war on terror" as "world war 3" someone very wittly replied

"Is it Hitler already ?"

Blah Blah Blah evil George Bush / Dick Cheney / Haliburton...end of argument.

That's why you wait for a sneak attack. Or let it happen. Or fabricate it yourself. I admit; I, myself, am guilty of doin' just that in civ. I was just greedy for more power and didn't know when to stop! But hey it was only a game after all.

I hate to break this to you, but the USA is in Republic and has built Universal Sufferage, plus we have police stations in all our cities, and have a full set of luxuries(with plenty of marketplaces). Plus we have been keeping our wars short, it only took a single turn to conquer Iraq, now all we have to deal with is resistance. So by civ3 standards we are doing good.
