The Alaska class Battlecruiser.

This was a very easy conversion. The Brooklyn CL (complete) and its larger brother the Baltimore CA.

And now the Vanguard next to its smaller cousin the King George V. The Vanguard was actually built and decommisioned in 1960.

I had absolutely no idea so many Battleship varietys existed! There must be hundreds of different designs!

Im curious. What is a difference between a Battle crusier and a Heavy Cruiser?

Well the old WW1 definition would be a ship with battleship guns but less armor for faster speed. Light cruisers generally were armed with 6 inch, heavy 8 inch and in this case the Alaska had 12 inch guns.

If I am correct, there was a Frigate-Class of ships(no relation to the Imperial-Age sailing ships) which were smaller than Cruisers or Destroyers. Am I correct Wyrmshadow?

Yes but it depends on when your definition fits. For instance, the Kidd class destroyer is built on a Spruance class hull. Frigates nowadays are very powerful and capable vessels. But for ww1 and ww2 they were generally smaller than destroyers. Mostly ASW (Anti submarine warfare)

You should really win an award or something Wyrmshadow, I think the effort you put into making units, plus the shear amount of them is more than even what Fixaxis has done. They'd probably even hire you if you asked them!

WRONG! The Hunley was the first sub to sink an enemy ship. The American Turtle From the Rev. war was the first sub.

Goldflash, in answer to your question about my ship's scale, the answer is yes. When I animated and scaled my first unit, the modern Iowa BB, I used Wyrmshadow's Bismark as a basis for scaling it. So all my ships are in scale to his Bismark and to each other. They have to be, I have his Bismark in my game.
