The original thread is right there. Any modelers for units, leaderheads, buildings, etc.. Any scripters for XML or Python, anyone that knows anything about Halo, anyone that wants to contribute in any way I encourage you to take a look at the thread and see if you can come up with anything. I'm a pretty big newb when it comes to modding, so I'm not going to be able to orchestrate this without your help.
The concept is that it is a mod set in the Halo Universe. There is a main Reach campaign, followed by other maps to simulate the thousands of other colonies that the UNSC had (including and Earth map). So far we're only doing models for the units (grunts, marines, elites, etc..) but we also need leaderheads for the Covenant and UNSC. We're only sketching right now what the mod is going to be like but we might even have third parties such as Insurrectionists. As far as buildings go, we're going to have to redo almost all of them. If anyone would help with this, use the city of New Alexandria in the game as a reference (http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/New_Alexandria). We'll need an airport (possibly a spaceport), hospitals, city defenses, residential areas for population growth, financial centers, armories, etc.. For worker improvements, hill windmills, communications relays, forts, ranches, and all of the other things you'd see in the Halo: Reach campaign would be appropriate. Even a window for some creativity for things that aren't necessarily in the game would be okay.
Anyone who can find an atlas (or create one) of the world of Reach is a god. I'd have no trouble making it a world builder map however I can only find portions of the world map such as

Also note that at this point it's pretty unorganized, but don't let that discourage you in any way. I'm confident that it'll build steam. I'm going to start a list of every who participates so please feel free to!
