Zoom Problem in Hot Seat game

I was trying to play a hot seat game against my brother for the very first time, but a huge bug stopped us. When my brother built Stonehenge the zoom function of CivIV started going crazy. From that moment on my turns always started zoomed in too much, so I have to zoom out at the beginning of every single turn. Totally unplayable!

Has anyone else experienced this and/or knows what to do about it?

I've attached a savegame that is 2 turns before Stonehenge is completed. Can you reproduce the bug with this savegame?

this happens to me and my mate like every 3rd or 4th game, its really anoying and makes it not worth playing, i was also searching for a answer and this is the only thing i can find about it, and im sad know one knows of a fix
