I'm still doing the 2/17b beta, but I don't believe any of this code was changed in the last few iterations so it still could be current.

Morocco, on another continent and with a ideology different to mine (fortunately for me I am forcing him into a revolution, not the other way around), just declared war. I wanted to ask my allies on that continent, who also share my ideology, to wage war against him, to stop him taking over some CSs I have allies with, until I can get there to take him on myself.

The problem is when I go into the diplomacy screen I can't get them to wage war because I'm told they already are at war with him!
No indicators outside of this screen show this and in fact my explorers wondered throughout the continent and saw no recent signs of war of any kind.

Unfortunately I turned off logging many games ago, because it was all going so well!
